Join Our Community Tai Chi Classes!

In addition to our regular Friday sessions (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM), we’re excited to offer additional classes every Tuesday afternoon from 1:30 – 3:30 PM. Practicing twice a week is the best way to strengthen your skills and make steady progress! Led by our highly experienced master instructor, Coach Shen, these semi-volunteer classes are only $10 per session.
